Shipping

All prices displayed on our website include delivery to anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. We use an overnight insured courier service within Australia and New Zealand.

Signature Required

All items sent by us must be signed for during working hours. Therefore, it is advisable to use your work address as the delivery address. All items are marked "Private & Confidential" and arrive in non-descript packaging.

Insurance

Our jewellers block policy covers our shipments. Therefore, until you sign for the package, the item is insured by us.

Saturday and Same Day Delivery

We can organise Saturday delivery within Australia or same day delivery for an extra charge. Please phone or email us for a quote for these services.

New Zealand Customs

All shipments sent by Fedex into New Zealand are subject to GST, customs duties (if any) and customs fees. Fedex will phone you to organise payment of these before delivery. For more information on customs duties and fees, please see the New Zealand Customs website.
